How to Order and Pay for Products
The main way to order products from EUTA is through the EUTA website at www.euta.gr, available 24/7, every day of the year.
You can also visit our headquarters in person to place your order. However, you should call us in advance to ensure that the products you want are in stock if you wish to pick them up immediately after placing your order.
For orders sent via fax or email, please remember to include a phone number where we can contact you directly. Even if all your information is complete, we need to confirm your order by phone.
We would like to reiterate that placing your order through the EUTA website is the preferred method. It ensures that all order details are complete and minimizes any issues that may arise due to human error (mistakes, misinterpretations, etc.).
We recommend using telephone orders only for large-quantity, bulky, heavy, or high-value products, where coordination regarding shipping, delivery, or handling is usually necessary.

1.Find the products you are interested in using the search function or by browsing the various thematic pages. Click the “Add to Cart” link under the product you want, and it will be added to your electronic shopping cart. You will automatically be redirected to the page showing your cart contents. If you wish to continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” link. The products you have already selected will remain in your cart, and you can continue adding more items as you shop.
2. Once you have finished selecting your products, go to your cart page and click the “Submit Order” link located below the list of items in your cart. You will be redirected via a secure SSL-certified connection to a page where you will be asked to choose your preferred payment and shipping method.
At every stage of the ordering process, assistance is available on the respective pages. However, if you have any questions about completing your order correctly, help is just a phone call away! The EUTA team is always ready to assist you in completing your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming the items you ordered, their prices, and the total cost of your order. This email will also verify the information you provided during the order process, such as your shipping address and billing details (invoice or receipt, billing information, etc.).When your order is processed for delivery, you will receive another email notifying you of its status.
Finally, if your order is intended as a gift, you can include a message in the “Notes & Special Requests” field. This message will be delivered along with your order to the gift recipient, as a card with your name, enclosed in a white envelope.
Charges – Payment Methods
The online store www.euta.gr accepts the following four payment methods:
1. Debit/Credit Card (recommended)
2. Bank Transfer to an EUTA account
3. Via services such as PayPal
4. Cash at EUTA headquarters, up to the amount permitted under current tax legislation
Payment by Debit/Credit Card
Payment will be charged and collected from the user’s account once EUTA receives the order and verifies the provided information. All debit and credit card holders are subject to validity and authorization checks by the card-issuing institution. If the card-issuing institution refuses to authorize payment to EUTA, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the order.
EUTA makes every reasonable effort to ensure that its website is as secure as possible.
We recommend credit card payment as the first option, provided you have a MasterCard or VISA credit card.
You can safely use it to pay for your products. The payment process via credit card is completely secure and adheres to the latest server security standards at EUTA. The procedure is extremely simple and fast, and takes just two steps:
1. Enter your card details in the designated form
2. If the payment is successful, your order will be processed; if it fails, you will be notified accordingly.
The process is completely safe.
There is a lot of “mythology” regarding the security of online credit card payments. In reality, they are MUCH SAFER than using a credit card in a restaurant or retail store! All payments made with a card are processed through the Card Link by Eurobank electronic payment platform, which uses TLS encryption with SSL protocol.
Any attempt to intercept your credit card information during this process is essentially impossible, as the data transmitted via the SSL protocol is completely encrypted and cannot be decoded.
Credit card information breaches do not occur during the submission process, but rather on the servers where such data is stored. EUTA DOES NOT STORE your credit card information. For this reason, every time you place an order with us, even if you are a returning customer, you will be asked to re-enter your card details. While this may be a minor inconvenience, it is a small price to pay for the security provided by not storing your card information.
Additional Information on Using a Credit Card
The CVC / CVV field is located on the back of your credit card and is a three-digit number. It is requested for extra security and provides additional protection, as it is very difficult for anyone else to know this number. To enter it, simply turn your card over and look at the back. It is the three-digit number, usually located at the top right.
If an error occurs during the payment process (e.g., the connection is interrupted or you press “Cancel” during the transaction), do not worry. Whatever happens, the transaction is recorded by us and your money will not be lost (provided we receive authorization for your card and the amount has indeed been reserved). The process is automated, monitored, and there is no risk of losing your funds.

1. If you place an order through the EUTA website, the exact amount will appear at the end of your charges.
2. If you order via any other method, you will be informed of the amount by our associate who assisted you with your order submission.
We recommend using web banking, which is now available from almost all banks, as it significantly speeds up and secures the entire process.
In all cases, the amount that must reach our account should be EXACTLY the amount shown at the end of your order, NET, without any additional charges or deductions. Specifically, in the case of web banking, when asked to specify who will bear the transfer fees (sender, recipient, or both), you should select “Sender” for both banks.
ATTENTION: Your order will start being prepared as soon as the funds appear in one of the above accounts.
Payment via PayPal
The online PayPal service offers a fast, easy, and secure way to make payments over the Internet without sharing your card information. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your orders by depositing the amount into EUTA’s PayPal account. EUTA is notified almost immediately of your payment, allowing us to start processing your order without delay.If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can easily open one for free by following the simple steps outlined on the PayPal website. All you need is a credit card or to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account. Both depositing funds via PayPal and creating a new account are completely free of charge.
Important Note: The PayPal service is NOT available for wholesale customers.

In this case, you must contact “EUTA” by phone before your visit to ensure that the products you ordered are available in our warehouse.
What is included in the price of a product listed in the “EUTA” catalog?
The catalog price displayed in product searches, or anywhere the product price is shown outside of your Shopping Cart, includes the product’s selling price AND all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are NOT included in the above price.
In your Shopping Cart, a full breakdown of the total price of the selected products is displayed, including shipping and taxes separately. Furthermore, if you are to receive an invoice, the complete breakdown will also appear on the invoice you receive along with the products you ordered.
Shipping and Product Return Policy
Products purchased through the Website will be shipped within 30 days of placing the order. Product returns will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation, which regulates e-commerce and distance contracts for online pharmacies.
Specifically, the current legally allowed period of 14 days applies if the consumer changes their mind or is not satisfied and wishes to return the product. This period starts from the date of purchase of the product, under the explicit condition that the buyer has not used the product.
To proceed with a return, the customer must contact “EUTA” by phone at +30 231 031 75 05, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., or send an email to info@euta.gr, including the receipt received.

In order for products to be returned or exchanged, they must not be used, worn, altered, or damaged, and the identification tag along with all manufacturer labels must remain attached to the product, together with all accompanying documents (e.g., Retail Receipt – T.D.A., etc.).
It is also emphasized that the return of certain products due to their nature and in order to protect third parties/other consumers, as well as for the protection of public safety and health, will not be allowed. These products are provided under a special and explicit agreement (Article 3iβ(a) of Law 2251/1994) which does not permit their replacement, exchange, or return. Furthermore, it is explicitly agreed that such products fall under the exceptions of Law 2251/1994 [Consumer Protection Law – Article 3iβ(e)]. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
If all the above conditions are met, EUTA will replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. Returns are processed at the price of the respective product on the date it was ordered from EUTA.
Defective Products
Despite our continuous efforts to ensure that the products we provide to our customers are in perfect condition, there are rare cases where a product may be defective or damaged, most often without any fault on our part.
We accept returns of products that are defective or damaged, without any restrictions, provided that the issue is identified by you and reported to us within three days of receiving the product(s). We kindly ask our customers to inform us through the website’s “Contact” page, selecting the subject “Regarding an Order” and describing the exact issue. A relevant member of our team may contact the customer to clarify the matter, and the customer will be notified of the acceptance of the return via email.
Products that show damage due to use or wear are not considered defective. All products with visible manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product if available; otherwise, the customer may choose any other product they wish. For the return and re-shipment of defective products, the customer bears no shipping cost. If there is a difference in price for the new product, the customer will cover the difference.
What happens in case of ordering products by mistake: return options and conditions
We accept order cancellations free of charge for the customer if the order is canceled before it is shipped. In case of cancellation after the order has been shipped but before delivery, the customer is only responsible for the applicable shipping costs. This charge also applies if an order is shipped to the customer for any reason without shipping charges.
We accept the cancellation of an order that contains products or packaging personalized for the customer or recipient (e.g., the customer’s or recipient’s name has been engraved or printed on the packaging) only if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement and before the personalized details are engraved or printed on the ordered products.
Terms and Methods of Refunds Due to Order Cancellation or Product Returns
Any refund to the customer, for any reason, will be made only by crediting the customer’s account from which the funds were originally withdrawn, or by crediting the card used for the original payment. In cases where the original payment was made in cash, the refund will be processed to an account specified by the customer via email to “EUTA”.
“EUTA” will make every possible effort to ensure that the refunded amount is credited to the customer’s account as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 15 business days.
In any case, it is recommended that users or prospective customers contact “EUTA” by phone or email if they have the slightest doubt regarding the suitability of the products for their personal use.
Deliveries – Shipping – Shipping Costs – Countries/Regions Covered by “EUTA”
“EUTA” ships your order throughout Greece and Cyprus.
If you are interested in shipping to another country or in larger quantities, please contact us so that we can provide a quote for the shipping cost. For countries outside the European Union, VAT is not charged, but please be aware that you may be required to pay additional taxes/fees upon receipt of your order.
For products that are readily available, delivery anywhere in Greece is usually completed within 2–3 business days. For island destinations and remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.
For shipments to European destinations, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods and Shipping Charges

The shipment of products purchased from the website will be carried out as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date of the order.
All “EUTA” products are delivered to you using four possible methods:
1. Via courier services
2. Using EUTA’s own delivery means (within Thessaloniki)
3. Through a transport agency (for deliveries outside Thessaloniki of large-volume or heavy items)
4. By pickup from our headquarters upon prior arrangement
The delivery time for an order is 1 to 5 days, depending on the recipient’s geographical area. During sales periods and holidays, delays may occur. Shipping costs within Greece are €2 for orders up to €50, while for orders over €50, shipping is free. Shipping to Cyprus, regardless of the order amount, costs €15 for parcels up to 1 kg. For heavier packages, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the current pricing policy of ELTA (Hellenic Post) or cooperating courier companies.
Please note that if your order is large in volume or weight, to avoid excessive shipping charges or to ensure the most economical method, you should contact us by phone at +30 231 031 75 05 so we can select an alternative shipping method that minimizes costs.
In cases of large-volume or heavy orders, some shipping methods that are not cost-effective for small orders become advantageous. For example, for orders that are large in volume and/or weight, it may be more economical to ship via a transport agency. The shipping fee in such cases is pre-agreed by phone, and cash on delivery is not accepted. Payment must be made via deposit into one of EUTA’s affiliated bank accounts.
