The content of the Website does not constitute any form of medical advice or encouragement for users/visitors to undertake any action. Should applicable law in the future allow the sale of such products via online stores, the Website may offer them fully compliant with the relevant legislation.
1.3 Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions of use of the Website, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy before taking any action, interacting, accessing, or using it. Accessing, browsing, and using the Website and its services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the Website’s Terms, which govern the use of this online store and the websites it contains and are binding on all visitors/users, whether registered or not. 2. Scope – General Terms – Access and Use of the Website, Order Submission, and Payment
2.1 These Terms govern the use of the Website and its services by the visitor/user (hereinafter, the “User”) and the processing of any personal data of visitors. The User is requested to carefully read and accept these Terms. If the User does not agree to any of any of the Terms, they must cease using the Website and notify the administrator accordingly.
2.2 The Terms also apply to all other terms on the Website, including but not limited to: ordering methods, payment methods, product shipping, return policy, and right of withdrawal, which users/visitors unconditionally accept. Unconditional acceptance of the Terms is presumed and legally binding on the consumer pursuant to Art. 2 para. 3 of Law 2251/1994.
2.3 “EUTA” reserves the right, unilaterally and without notice, to revise, modify, or remove the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy. 2.4 All Terms are essential. Any violation by a visitor/user may result in legal penalties and the user’s obligation to compensate “EUTA” or any third party for damages caused by unlawful or non-compliant behavior. In case of breach, “EUTA” may block access to the Website and its services, delete the user account and information shared, without notice, and exercise all rights provided by law.
2.5 Failure to exercise any rights by “EUTA” under these Terms does not imply waiver or silent repeal of any Term. “EUTA” is not responsible for breaches due to force majeure, including war, pandemic, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable events.
2.6 Users/visitors must comply with Greek, European, and International law applicable to the Website and exercise their rights in good faith, according to fair commercial practices, without hindering others’ use or performing acts or omissions that may harm or disrupt the Website or its services.
2.7 “EUTA” is not liable for any damage caused to counterparties or third parties due to their unlawful behavior, provided it fulfills its own obligations. The services are intended solely for adults. Minors are prohibited from using or visiting the Website or conducting transactions. The Website is not responsible for any use by minors, as it cannot verify users’ identities..
2.8 The Website endeavors to maintain availability and functionality of the site and its content. Nonetheless, availability depends on factors such as technical equipment, the number of simultaneous users, and internet conditions. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the Website’s operation.
2.9 “EUTA” reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to change the nature or content of the Website, suspend or permanently discontinue its operation, or be affected by circumstances beyond its control. The Website strives to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity, and clarity of content but does not guarantee security or content safety, nor that information does not infringe third-party rights.
2.10 User and Customer Reviews
The “EUTA” website provides users and customers the ability to post reviews about a product displayed on the website, as well as to comment on articles and opinions published on the site. This content is and remains the exclusive responsibility of the user who submits it, and the user is solely liable for it.
User understands and accepts that this information is published after prior review by “EUTA”, which expressly reserves the right not to approve publication and to remove any content posted by the user at a later time.
The user accepts that by using the pages and services of “EUTA”, they may encounter content they do not agree with. Furthermore, the user understands and accepts that “EUTA” cannot be considered to endorse or be responsible for content posted by a user. User and customer opinions are entirely personal, and review or publication by “EUTA” does not imply agreement with or acceptance of the opinions or correctness of such content.
2.11 User Account (Profile)

2.14 Methods of Ordering and Payment of Products
The main method of ordering products from EUTA is through the EUTA website, www.euta.gr, available 24/7 throughout the year.
You can also visit our headquarters and place your order in person. However, you should first call to ensure that the products you wish to purchase are available in our warehouse, if you want to pick them up immediately after placing the order.
For orders via fax or email, please include a phone number so we can contact you directly, because even if the electronic information you provided is complete, we still need to confirm the order by phone.
We emphasize again that ordering through the EUTA website is the best method, as it ensures completeness of the order details and minimizes potential issues caused by human error (mistakes, misinterpretations, etc.).
We recommend phone orders only for large-quantity, bulky, heavy, or high-value orders, where coordination regarding shipping and delivery is usually necessary.
2.15 Procedure for Placing an Online Order on www.euta.gr
1. Find the products you are interested in using the search function or various thematic pages. Click the “Add to Cart” link below the product, and it will be added to your electronic shopping cart. You will be automatically redirected to the cart contents page. If you wish to continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping”. The products you selected will remain in your cart, and you can continue adding other products as desired.
2. When you finish selecting your products, from the cart contents page, click the “Submit Order” link located below your list of products. You will then proceed through a secure SSL connection to a page where you will choose the payment and delivery method.
For all stages of the ordering process, guidance is provided on the respective pages. If you have any questions, assistance is just a phone call away! EUTA staff are always available to help you complete your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming the items ordered, their prices, the total cost, and the information you provided (shipping address and billing information, invoice or receipt details, etc.). When your order is forwarded for delivery, you will receive another email providing relevant information.
Finally, if your order is a gift, you can enter a message in the “Notes and Special Requests” field. This message will be delivered with your order to the gift recipient, as a card with your name, inside a white envelope.
2.16 Charges – Payment Methods
The online store www.euta.gr accepts the following four payment methods:
1. Debit/Credit Card (recommended)
2. Bank transfer to an EUTA account
3. Services such as PayPal
4. Cash at EUTA headquarters, up to the amount allowed by applicable tax law
2.17 Payment by Debit/Credit Card
The payment will be charged and collected from the user’s account once EUTA receives the order and verifies the details. All debit and credit card holders are subject to validity and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment to EUTA, the company cannot be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver the order.
EUTA makes every reasonable effort to make the website as secure as possible.
We recommend using a credit card as the first option, provided you have a MasterCard or VISA credit card.
You can safely use it to pay for your products. The payment process via credit card is completely secure and complies with the most modern security standards on the EUTA server. The process is extremely simple and fast, and is completed in just two steps:
1. Fill in your card details in the relevant form.
2. If successful, your order will be registered; in case of failure, you will be notified accordingly.
The process is completely secure.
There is a lot of “mythology” regarding the security of credit card payments over the Internet. In reality, it is MUCH SAFER than paying with a credit card in, for example, a restaurant or a retail store! All payments made using a card are processed through the Card Link by Eurobank electronic payment platform, which uses TLS encryption with the SSL protocol.
Credit card data interception does not occur during submission of the information, but could theoretically occur from the servers where the data is stored. EUTA DOES NOT STORE your credit card information. Therefore, each time you place an order, even if you are a returning customer, your card details will be requested again. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the security provided by not storing your card information.
2.18 Additional Information for Credit Card Use
The CVC/CVV field is located on the back of your credit card and is a three-digit number. It is requested for extra security and further protects you, as it is very difficult for anyone else to know this number. To enter it, turn your card over and look at the back. This three-digit number is usually located at the top right.
2.19 Payment via Bank Transfer
The user can deposit the amount into the following bank accounts:
Piraeus Bank
GR7201722260005226033837255
Alpha Bank
GR3401407050705002002020303
name of recipient: Systegasména Pharmakeía P. Efthymiádou – D. Tahtalidou & Co. OE
1. If you place an order through the EUTA website, the exact amount will appear at the end of your charges.
2. If you place an order using any other method, you will be informed by our associate who assisted you with the order.
We recommend using web banking, which is available from almost all banks today, as it significantly speeds up and secures the entire process.
In all cases, the money that should reach our account must be EXACTLY the amount stated at the end of your order, NET, without any additional charges or deductions. Specifically, when using web banking, if you are asked to specify who bears the transfer fees (sender, recipient, or both), you should select “Sender” for both banks.
ATTENTION: Your order will begin to be processed only once the funds appear in one of the above accounts.
2.20 Payment via PayPal
The online PayPal service provides a fast, easy, and secure way to make payments over the Internet without disclosing your card information. If you have a PayPal account, you can make your order payment via deposit to EUTA’s PayPal account. EUTA is notified almost immediately of your payment, allowing the order processing to start right away.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily open one completely free, following the simple and clear steps described on the PayPal website. All you need is either a credit card or to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account. Both depositing money via PayPal and creating a new account are 100% free of charge.
Important Note: The PayPal service is not available to wholesale customers.
2.21 Payment at the “EUTA” Headquarters
You can make a payment at the “EUTA” headquarters at 26 Patriarch Gregory V Street, 542 48 Thessaloniki, Tax Office Z’ Thessaloniki, with VAT number 998633600, and combine your order with IMMEDIATE pickup of your products, without any additional charges (shipping, etc.). In this case, you must contact “EUTA” by phone before your visit to ensure that the products you ordered are available in our warehouse.
2.22 What is included in the product price listed in the “EUTA” catalog?
The catalog price displayed in product searches, or wherever a product price is shown except in your Cart, includes the selling price of the product AND ALL applicable taxes (VAT). The above price does NOT include shipping costs.
In your Shopping Cart, a full breakdown of the total price of the products you selected will be displayed, along with shipping costs and taxes. Additionally, if you are to receive an invoice, the full breakdown will also appear on the invoice you receive with the products you ordered.
3. Responsibility – Security
3.1 The content of the Website is provided "as is." Every effort is made to ensure the security and accuracy of the content. However, “EUTA” does not guarantee, warrant, or assume any responsibility regarding the content and security of the Website. The User acknowledges that they use the posted content and offered services at their own risk. Users/visitors who do not trust “EUTA” are advised not to visit or use the Website.
3.2 Users/visitors are advised to use antivirus software or other protective programs. “EUTA” ensures careful monitoring of the security level of its services in the digital environment through the use of programs against viruses and malicious software. Nevertheless, users/visitors are advised to use protective software when browsing the Website, as “EUTA” bears no responsibility for any potential damage, harm, or infection caused by viruses or other malicious programs to the user/visitor’s computer or other electronic devices, software, or data during access and use of the Website. “EUTA” is also not responsible for damages related to execution failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, system line failures, or similar issues.
3.3 Visitors/users of the Website are strictly prohibited from interfering with the structure, operation, services, content, databases, or any element of the Website using any mechanism, software (malicious or otherwise), electronic or non-electronic process, or by sending unwanted or harmful files such as spam messages, viruses, malware, etc., capable of affecting, harming, suspending, interrupting, or generally hindering its normal operation. “EUTA” reserves the right to seek redress for any damages that may occur due to illegal activities as mentioned above, as well as to pursue criminal prosecution of the responsible party.
3.4 “EUTA” is exempt from any liability for content that may be published on the Website by third parties, provided that it complies with the duty of care and supervision obligations prescribed by law.
3.5 For transactions carried out through the Website using a credit card, it is expressly clarified that the lawful holder of the credit card bears full and objective responsibility. “EUTA” is under no obligation to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the user and considers the person providing personal data to be the actual subject of such data. Consequently, in any contract with “EUTA,” the use by the contracting party of the option to pay by credit card and the subsequent provision of the cardholder’s information binds the lawful holder of the credit card, regardless of who uses the card and provides the requested details. It is therefore irrefutably presumed that the lawful holder has consented to the lawful and valid charging of their card with the amount corresponding to the purchase price. Any unlawful or unauthorized use of a credit card without the consent of the lawful holder does not release the lawful holder from the obligations arising from the contract with the “EUTA” Website, nor from any claims of “EUTA” for compensation due to unlawful acts or omissions by the user of the card, on the grounds that the contracting party acted unlawfully or without consent.
3.6 The Website and “EUTA” are not liable for any side effects or damages resulting from the use of ordered products, whether due to incorrect product selection by the user, careless or improper use, or due to the manufacturer’s fault, defects in production, insufficient information or instructions accompanying the products, manufacturing quality, material safety, or actual defects. “EUTA’s” liability in the case of a defective product is limited solely to its obligation to replace it, provided that the conditions of the applicable return policy and relevant legal provisions are met.
3.7 The Website is not liable for shortages in product availability due to reasons beyond its control (including but not limited to: force majeure, inability or strikes of suppliers, unlawful actions by third parties, or any other reason not attributable to “EUTA”).
3.8 The Website is not responsible for any temporary or permanent inability to provide its services, nor for delays in accepting or executing orders or delivering ordered products, when such delays are due to reasons beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, force majeure, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, strikes, courier company malfunctions, accidental damage or destruction of products after shipment and before delivery to the user, unlawful actions by the contracting party or third parties, failures of the online payment processor (bank), hosting provider, internet service provider (ISP), access provider, or the user’s equipment, incorrect information provided by the user, or any other event preventing the smooth fulfillment of contractual obligations. “EUTA’s” liability is limited to the obligations it has undertaken under its contract with the consumer, and it will make every reasonable effort to meet these obligations within a reasonable time frame.
3.9 The Website is not responsible for the poor condition of delivered products, provided that this is not due to improper storage by “EUTA” and that all reasonable preventive measures have been taken.
3.10 The information and advice provided regarding health, prevention, nutrition, beauty, and aesthetics are offered solely for informational purposes and do not, under any circumstances, replace or substitute medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions from professional physicians, medical institutions, or diagnostic centers, which users are required to consult and follow for any health-related or daily issues. Any advice or information provided by the Website in response to user inquiries is given subject to the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information provided by the user regarding the issue of concern—information which the Website is neither able nor obliged to verify. In cases where users provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, “EUTA” bears no responsibility for the validity of the advice provided or for any damage suffered by the user as a result of information or advice that is unsuitable for their needs.
3.11 “EUTA” shall be exempt from any liability for any damage incurred by the user, any legal or contractual obligation toward the user, and any direct or consequential claim by the user or any third party, in cases where the user violates the Terms of Use and operation of this Website; provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information or data, whether required or not; or engages in unlawful behavior while browsing the Website. The same applies when the user breaches statutory or customary rules of conduct or fails to properly fulfill their legal and/or contractual obligations, through acts or omissions.
The user expressly acknowledges and accepts “EUTA’s” exemption from liability in the aforementioned circumstances and agrees to bear full responsibility for their actions, as well as any resulting obligation to compensate any parties who may suffer damages.
3.12 This online store provides the content (e.g., information, names, photographs, images, etc.), products, and services available through this website “as is”, without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
3.13 “EUTA” is neither able nor obliged to verify the validity, truth, completeness, or accuracy of the information or personal and non-personal data provided by users on the e-shop’s website. “EUTA” does not make any correction or modification to the data and information provided by the user in any manner, without the user’s prior notice and consent. Furthermore, “EUTA” does not guarantee that the content of the Website or the quality of the services provided through it will meet the needs, requirements, or expectations of users/visitors. Any direct, subsequent, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from access to or use of this website shall not give rise to any liability for the Website, its executives, employees, or associates, or for “EUTA” itself.
3.14 Under no circumstances shall the Website be held liable for any legal claims, whether civil or criminal in nature, nor for any damage (actual, special, or consequential — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other form of financial loss) suffered by users/visitors of this website or third parties, arising from or related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website, or from the inability to provide services and/or information made available through it, or from any unauthorized interference by third parties with products, services, or information offered via the website.
4. Shipping and Product Return Policy
4.1 The shipment of products sold through the Website shall be carried out within 30 days from the date of order. Product returns are expressly stated to be governed by the applicable legislation regulating e-commerce and distance contracts, including those concerning online pharmacies.
In particular, under the currently applicable law, the consumer is entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period in case they change their mind or are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it. This period begins on the day of purchase, provided that the buyer has not used the product in any way.
Specifically, the customer must, together with the receipt received, contact “EUTA” either by telephone at +30 231 031 75 05 (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or by e-mail at info@euta.gr.
All returns should be sent to the following address:
EUTA
Patriarchou Grigoriou E’ 26, 542 48 Thessaloniki
Tax Office (DOY): Z’ Thessalonikis
Tel: +30 231 031 75 05
In order for products to be returned or exchanged, they must not have been used, worn, altered, or damaged, and the identification tag together with all manufacturer labels must remain attached to the product. The return must also include all accompanying documents (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
It is also emphasized that, for reasons relating to the nature of certain products, the protection of other consumers, and the protection of public health and safety, the return of certain items will not be permitted. These products are provided following a specific and explicit agreement (as per Article 3ib(a) of Law 2251/1994) that excludes their replacement, exchange, or return. Furthermore, it is expressly agreed that such products fall under the exceptions provided by Article 3ib(e) of Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection Law). Therefore, such products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
If all the above conditions are met, “EUTA” will replace the product with any other item chosen by the customer. Product returns are made at the price applicable on the date of the original order placed with “EUTA”.
Defective Products
Despite our continuous efforts to ensure that all products shipped to our customers are in excellent condition, there may be rare cases where a product is found to be defective — usually through no fault of ours.
We accept returns of products that are defective or damaged, without restriction, provided that the issue is detected by the customer and reported to us within three (3) days of receiving the product(s).
Customers are kindly requested to notify us through the “Contact” page of the Website, selecting the subject “Regarding an Order” and clearly describing the problem. A responsible representative may contact the customer for clarification, and the customer will receive confirmation of the acceptance of the return by e-mail.
Products that show damage due to use or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
All products exhibiting an apparent manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same item, if available. If the item is no longer available, the customer may choose any other product of their preference.
For the return and reshipment of defective products, the customer will not be charged any shipping costs.
If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, the customer will bear the difference.
4.2 What Happens in the Case of an Incorrect Product Order: Return Options and Conditions
We accept the cancellation of an order free of charge for the customer, provided that the order is canceled before it has been dispatched. Ιn case of cancellation after the order has been dispatched and before its delivery, the customer will be charged only with the relevant transportation costs. This charge also applies in cases where the order, for any reason, has been dispatched to the customer without shipping costs.
We accept the cancellation of an order that includes products or packaging personalized for the customer or the recipient (e.g., where the customer’s or recipient’s full name has been engraved or printed on the packaging) only if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of placing the order and before the personalized details have been engraved or printed on the ordered products.
4.3 Terms and Methods of Refunds Due to Order Cancellation or Product Returns
Any refund of money to the customer, for any reason, shall be made only by crediting the customer’s account from which the funds were originally withdrawn, or by crediting the customer’s card through which the initial payment was made.
If the initial payment was made in cash, the refund will be made to a bank account designated by the customer via e-mail to “EUTA”. “EUTA” will make every possible effort to ensure that the customer’s account is credited with the refund amount as soon as possible and, in any case, within fifteen (15) working days.
In all cases, it is recommended that users or potential customers contact “EUTA” by phone or e-mail in case they have any doubt regarding the suitability of the products for their personal use.

If you are interested in shipment to another country or in larger quantities, please contact us so that we may provide you with an offer regarding shipping costs. For shipments to European destinations, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days.
4.5 Methods of Shipment and Shipping Charges
The online store www.euta.gr accepts the following methods of delivery:
The shipment of the products sold through the Website shall be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the order.
All products of “EUTA” are delivered to you using one of the following four methods:
1. By courier services
2. By EUTA’s own delivery vehicles (within Thessaloniki)
3. By freight forwarding agency (for large-volume or heavy deliveries outside Thessaloniki)
4. By collection from our premises, upon prior arrangement
The delivery time for an order is 1 to 5 days, depending on the recipient’s geographic area. During sale periods and holidays, delays may occur.
Shipping costs within Greece are €2 for orders up to €50, while orders over €50 are free of charge.
Shipping costs to Cyprus, regardless of the order amount, are €15 for packages up to one kilogram. For heavier packages, the shipping charge will be applied according to the current pricing policy of ELTA (Hellenic Post) or the collaborating courier companies.
Please note that if your order is large in volume or weight, in order to avoid excessive shipping costs or to ensure the most economical shipping method, you should contact us by phone at +30 231 031 75 05 so that we can select an alternative shipping method that minimizes the shipping cost.
In cases of large-volume or heavy orders, some shipping methods that are uneconomical for small orders may become advantageous. For example, for orders that are large in volume and/or weight, it may be more cost-effective to ship via a freight forwarding agency. The shipping charge in such cases is pre-agreed by phone, and cash on delivery is not accepted.
Payment must be made via bank transfer to one of the banks partnered with “EUTA.”
4.6 Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
“EUTA” is obliged to inform the user/visitor before completing the purchase about:
a. the main characteristics of the product,
b. the total price of the products/goods, including VAT or any other applicable charges,
c. any additional financial costs (shipping, delivery, postal fees).
Once the purchase is completed and the user/visitor has paid the agreed amount, the company must deliver the agreed product within a reasonable time, no later than 30 days from the date of the order. In case of unjustified delay, the user/visitor may terminate the contract, thereby obliging the company to refund the received payment.
The user/visitor has the right to withdraw from this contract and return the purchased products, without any penalty and without being required to state a reason to the company, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case, the user/visitor is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. It is expressly noted that certain products are excluded from returns for reasons of public health protection, as well as all other legal reasons mentioned in section 4.1 of this policy. For such products, there will be an explicit notice displayed below their photo.
Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as when received, i.e., unopened and with their original packaging intact, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
It is prohibited to return products that are perishable or near expiration, as well as those considered unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
To avoid inconvenience, it is recommended that the user/visitor carefully checks the condition of the products and the intactness of the packaging at the time of delivery to detect any visible defects (e.g., broken items, wrong product, etc.).
Users/visitors wishing to return a product can contact “EUTA” via email: info@euta.gr
In the case of product returns, the refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment “EUTA” receives the returned products.
5. User Conduct and Obligations
5.1 The User acknowledges and recognizes all intellectual property rights belonging or potentially belonging to “EUTA” (excluding specific third-party rights) regarding the form and content of the Website, which are protected under applicable provisions of Greek, European, and international law. These rights include, but are not limited to, trademarks, distinctive signs, photographs, texts, announcements, whether registered or not. 7.2.2 If the User disagrees with the use of their data for promoting and advertising “EUTA” services, they may indicate this where requested in the aforementioned forms. In this case, it is strongly recommended that the User disables the relevant cookies in the “Marketing” or “Other” categories in the pop-up window displaying cookie settings when visiting www.EUTA.gr.
7.3 Information submitted by Users/visitors of this website to www.euta.gr through the Website is considered non-confidential and does not constitute property of the respective User/visitor. The Website may collect limited and necessary information for its general commercial activities based on Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016.
It is noted that due to the nature of the website, the collection and processing of personal data is necessary to enable the delivery of products to each User/Customer’s address. This information is not disclosed to third parties nor used for any other purpose.
7.4 “EUTA” may maintain and process a record of personal data voluntarily provided by Users/visitors on the Website, always in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and using appropriate security measures. Users/visitors acknowledge and accept that their personal data will be maintained and processed by “EUTA” for the purposes for which it was submitted. Accordingly, the customer, by submitting a written request to the Website, has the right to full information about the personal data held by the Website, the right to object and correct such data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time, in accordance with applicable legislation.
7.5“EUTA” declares, and customers/users acknowledge, that the personal data collected from the Website regarding customers/users will be used for the management of their requests, i.e., for the support, promotion, and execution of the transactional relationship, for improving future service, for informing them about products related to those they have already purchased, and for notifying them about future offers and promotional activities of the Website. The recipients of such data are exclusively the Website within the scope of the transaction, as well as any natural or legal person to whom the Website is obliged or entitled by applicable law to disclose such data, based on the consent of the customer/user, law, or court order.
7.6 The Website declares that, during the retention of such data/personal information, it will use them lawfully, taking the necessary security measures and ensuring their confidentiality, and will delete these data from its records in accordance with applicable legislation. The Website takes all appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the User’s/Customer’s communications and transmitted information and data, in accordance with applicable law. However, the Website does not guarantee the security of data transmitted over networks to the extent that their protection cannot be fully ensured despite appropriate security measures required by law, nor for any direct, indirect, consequential, material, or other damage that the User may suffer from accessing the Internet.
7.7 Users/visitors are responsible for any entry of personal data of third parties on the Website without proper authorization/consent, as well as for submitting false, incorrect, or inaccurate data and information.
7.8 If access to certain webpages or services of the Website requires the use of a username and password and/or additional information (e.g., email, first name, last name, landline, mobile phone, age, address, etc.), the User/visitor acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the use of such credentials or any leakage of them by themselves or third parties. They also declare that the provided information is true, accurate, and valid, and that they are solely responsible for any actions taken using such credentials. Moreover, they assume responsibility for immediately notifying “EUTA” of any unauthorized use or breach of such credentials.
7.9 For any disputes arising between customers or between customers and third parties due to messages, data, information, or elements transmitted via the Website, the Website declares that any lifting of the User’s telecommunications confidentiality is permitted only to the extent required for the Website to fulfill its obligations under applicable law. It is expressly agreed that these terms are governed by Greek law, the decisions of state authorities applicable to electronic communications transactions, and all applicable relevant provisions.
7.10 According to Directive 2013/11/EU, which was incorporated into Greek law by Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, consumers now have the option of resolving disputes electronically via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) throughout the European Union.
If the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting outside their professional capacity) and encounters any problem with a purchase made through the Website, they may initiate the ADR process via the unified European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
7.11 “EUTA” is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the unauthorized or illegal use of the above information and reserves the right to seek compensation from the User in case it suffers any damage due to such unauthorized or illegal use. Furthermore, “EUTA” reserves the right to refuse to issue an access code, to revoke an issued code, or to terminate the provision of such services to the User in case of violation of these Terms of Use.
If the user/visitor voluntarily discloses his or her personal or sensitive data through this website directly to third parties, it is the user’s/visitor’s own responsibility to investigate the terms of data protection applied by those third parties. The user/visitor acknowledges that the Website bears absolutely no responsibility for such disclosures or for any subsequent use of such data by other parties. Similarly, “EUTA” bears absolutely no responsibility for any disclosure by users/visitors of this website of personal and/or sensitive data of third parties through the website, without the prior consent of the data subject concerned.
Users/visitors should be aware that sending confidential information via email does not constitute the most secure form of communication, as there is always a risk of such information being read by third parties.

7.15 Purpose of Processing

If any provision is found to be invalid or voidable by the competent Greek court, it shall cease to apply without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms. Any failure by “EUTA” to exercise a specific right or term under these Terms does not constitute a waiver thereof. It is expressly agreed and mutually accepted that the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim that may arise between “EUTA” and the User and shall be governed by these Terms.
10.2 However, it should be noted that “EUTA” is committed to resolving amicably and extrajudicially any disputes that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and application of these Terms of Use.
