Return Policy
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
It is unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
It includes all tags, labels, and accompanying documents.
Products of a special nature that fall under the exceptions of Law 2251/1994 are not eligible for return.

Refunds
For online payments → Refund to your card within 7 working days.
For in-store purchases → Refund at the register within 14 days, with the receipt and, if applicable, the payment card.
