VioGenesis' Serraprozyme is an advanced food supplement with alkaline protease (300 000 U of enzyme activity) from a culture of the fungus Aspergillus oryzae (koji). Thanks to the gastro-resistant capsules, the enzyme is released intact in the intestine, where it acts effectively – equivalent to the action of serratiopeptidase.
